Lace Dressing Gown

General Info
This outfit consists of a knee length chemise with delicate lace and ribbon around the neck and a dressing gown. The dressing gown is a frothy creation of opaque chiffon, tiny tucks and lots of lace. It has a bridal sweep and fastens in the front with a hook and eye covered by a large cloth bow.

The Good
I love all of the tiny tucks, so nicely detailed. The shape of the dressing gown is fun, where it is semi-fitted to the hips and then dramatically flares. It is a very elegant outfit with a good fit.

The Bad
I am not a big lace gal so all the lace is a detraction for me. It's just a little too fussy for my taste. I think if the lace were less stiff and more delicate in size I would like it better. I also wish the chemise was really a nightgown, a floor length garment. Because the dressing gown is so thin you can see exactly where it ends on the doll, I find that annoying.
