Flying Dress

General Info
This outfit consists of a skirt (satin with a velvet wrap-around over skirt), a lace camisole, a velvet coat with belt, shoes, a white shawl (with gold embroidery) and a pearl necklace with matching earrings.

The Good
This is a stunning outfit on Rose, as well as on the dress form. It has lots of nice details, like the little beaded trim at the "point ends" of the coat and the slashing at the cuffs. The machine embroidery and the necklace are both very pretty and delicate. I also love the color and quality of the velvet. The little pleated sash is a nice touch as well.

The Bad
This ensemble is not the most slimming on Rose, looking a bit bulky in the waist but that is the nature of velvet.

The embroidery on the bottom is on a little panel that is added on to the skirt which looks a little funky I think. The skirt is loose, sitting on Rose's hips rather than her waist, where asthe camisole is a little snug and low.

The chiffon shawl isn't finishedvery well but I guess one can't expect rolled hems from FM.
